Our award-winning client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to
join their team in Stamford, CT. This dynamic role provides an
opportunity to make a significant impact across the organization by
supporting the entire employee lifecycle and implementing strategic
HR initiatives. You will collaborate with the Head of HR and
various departmental leaders to ensure a positive and productive
experience for all employees.Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of HR to manage all aspects of the
employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to
performance management and offboarding.
- Analyze workforce data and generate insightful reports and
presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure smooth and timely processing of employee transactions in
partnership with HR Operations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees by answering
questions, interpreting company policies, and addressing
concerns.
- Play a key role in early career programs, nurturing the next
generation of talent.
- Manage the exit interview process, identifying areas for
improvement and employee engagement.
- Streamline the onboarding process through efficient process
management and reporting.
- Utilize HRIS system/software to manage employee data and
movement.
- Support day-to-day HR activities, including document
organization and data upload.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational
Development, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role within a similar
global organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles: compensation, employee
relations, diversity, performance management, and compliance.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and
PowerPoint (including advanced functions).
- Proven experience working in a global organizational
structure.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems/software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and
relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting
deadlines and managing projects effectively.
