Key Responsibilities
Deliver strategic and sales goals for assigned accounts, ensuring
profitable growth
Develop and execute robust account plans to increase business and
maintain customer relationships
Manage account complexities and lead key business negotiations to
support customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of relevant experience in technical sales or general
management, preferably in the packaging industry
Proven track record of successful sales growth and
profitability
Experience with negotiations and strong influencing skills
