Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to
oversee field operations and manage a team of automotive
locksmiths.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage field teams to deliver high-quality services
Ensure compliance with company policies and manage operational
expenses
Monitor performance metrics and conduct annual performance
appraisals
Required Qualifications and Education
Valid/current driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Degree in business or related discipline preferred
Automotive locksmith experience preferred
Two years in a supervisory or management position preferred
