Job Description:
Lead a team to achieve sales objectives by developing and
maintaining long and short range sales plans. Coach and mentor team
members to drive account development and goal attainment. Recruit,
train, and mentor new and existing staff. Maintain industry
knowledge and evaluate product mix to meet customer needs. Conduct
sales calls and develop customer relationships. Oversee sales
department policies and staff management. Other duties as assigned.
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
required. Related Experience: Minimum of five years of foodservice
sales experience required, with a minimum of two years of
supervisory experience. Overnight travel may be required for
trainings, meetings, or company events. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service,
and presentation abilities. Proficient computer skills, preferably
in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
