Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple customer support tickets, prioritizing based on
urgency
Triage, troubleshoot, and reproduce customer issues to resolve
product issues
Provide best-in-class customer service through various
communication channels
Required Qualifications and Education
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Checkpoint, and Fortinet
products
Technical certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, or Cyber
Security related
Knowledge of Network Security, Firewall, and Linux
Experience with incident management systems like Zendesk or
Jira
