About the jobOur Human Resources - Employee Benefits team works
with internal and external partners to ensure Danone provides a
comprehensive and competitive benefits package to engage employees
in health and financial wellbeing. By joining our team, you will
lead the administration of programs including the 401(k) and
Pension plans, HSA Bank, FSA, Commuter, fitness reimbursement and
other health and wellbeing programs as assigned. We are currently
looking to hire a Sr. Manager, Financial Benefits based in White
Plains, NY!In this role, you will be responsible for:--- Develops,
implements, and manages benefit policies, systems, programs, and
procedures. Manage the day-to-day administration of assigned
benefit program including vendor relationship - deploy meaningful
communications that promote assigned programs to increase
engagement and awareness.--- Administers day-to-day operations of
assigned programs for Union and Corporate workforce - Subject
Matter Expert for all financial and tax advantaged programs
including retirement, pension, HAS, FSA, and health and welfare
programs.--- Ensures the accuracy of benefit enrollment with the
third-party administration benefits platform and Ceridian
Dayforce--- Manages the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer
services provided by investment consultant to maintain fiduciary
requirements, enhanced governance structure, improved funded
status, decreased volatility, risk reductions and lowering
costs.--- Evaluates and recommends the optimization of benefit
programs (methods, administrators, costs, fiscal implications, and
tools)--- Collaborate with Vendors and Consultants to analyze data
and provide program experience tracking.--- Reviews, reconciles,
and approves benefit invoices for assigned programs.--- Audit
payroll and third-party administration reporting for accuracy
including employee contributions, company match, loans)--- Audit
and reconcile annual nondiscrimination testing and annual True Up
deposit.--- Develops, designs, distributes, and presents benefits
information for new hire orientations, open enrollment, and other
informational sessions.--- Coordinates and vendor manage
administrative processing, work methods, resource optimization,
budget control, training, and development plans.--- Responds to
benefits inquiries, monitors eligibility status, and assists
participants with submitting and monitoring issues.--- Collaborates
with internal (DBS, Legal, Procurement, Communications and Finance
teams) and external partners (Pension consultant, 401(k)
consultant, 401(k) administrator, Auditor and ERISA Counsel) on the
implementation, processing, policy, budgeting, forecasting,
communication, and compliance of assigned benefits programs.---
Assists with developing and administering employee financial
wellbeing programs, benefits fair, and various events to support
increased engagement.--- Maintain scheduling of the investment
committee quarterly updates--- Maintain knowledge of market and
legislative benefits trends and evaluate costs/benefits to the
company.--- Ensure stakeholders are adhering to all requirements of
benefit compliance (including 401(k), 5500 filings testing, audits,
etc.)About you--- You will have a Bachelor's degree.--- You will
have 10 years' experience collaborating with employee benefit
programs.--- You will have previous knowledge of Microsoft
products, excel, PowerPoint, Word--- Working knowledge of the
standard principles of human resources benefits management.--- You
will have knowledge of employee benefits regulations, language,
principles and practices, and operating procedures.--- You will
have ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with
co-workers, administrative personnel, benefit vendors, and the
public, including being sensitive to professional ethics, gender,
cultural diversities, and disabilities.The base compensation range
for this position is $120k-$172k commensurate with experience.
